A unique Terroir

Located in the heart of the minervois in the little villages of Sainte-Valière and Bize Minervois, the vineyards represent four generations of winemakers working to get the best of our soils. Archeological remains suggest that vines have been Cultivated for 2000 years in this village, proof that quality of soils and wine here are what link history and heritage.

Every vintage is a combination of family knowledge and tradition working hand in hand with new techniques in the winery. The vineyard is eco friendly with an emphasis on living soils thanks to cover cropping but also about the life in the vineyard with bee friendly varieties.
